GRAND OPENING LAUNCH PARTY

*Eligibility – The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entry Requirements – No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Each participant is limited to one entry. Each participant must fill out the online form to enter which is accessible via the QR code on the poster outside the venue By filling out this form, participants agree to be added the ‘Imperial Gaming’ mailing list. Prize – The total prize amount is £1500. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize immediately upon notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Winner selection – Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via Email and SMS within 48 hours of the draw/ in venue wheel spin selection. Claiming the prize – Winners must claim their prize in person at the ‘Imperial Gaming’ venue. Winners must present a valid ID and the notification message to claim their prize if they are suspected to be underage. If the winner is unable to collect the prize in person, they must contact Imperial Gaming to arrange an alternative method of collection. Publicity – By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation. General conditions – Champion gaming limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures. Champion gaming limited is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. Champion gaming limited reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
